HOW DO YOU SOURCE YOUR MATERIALS?

We are proud to be a CA certified green business. All of our wood is reclaimed; we partner with local tree trimming services to purchase their pine trees instead of them ending up as firewood. All of our succulents and air plants are organically grown here at the Wood and Wine farm. Lastly our crystals are responsibly sourced from female businesses with like values.

HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR RECLAIMED WOOD PLANTERS?

All of our arrangements are handcrafted by our team of local artisans. Over the years we have mastered our unique wood designs using a variety of tools to hollow out ample room for your new plants to thrive.

Are your succulents real?

Yes! All of our plants and arrangements are live.

What is the processing time for orders?

I saw your orchid arrangements on Instagram, where are they sold?

Currently our orchid arrangements are only sold through Floom.com with hand delivery to our local Southern, CA customs.

How do I care for my succulent arrangement?

All orders arrive with easy to follow and very detailed care instructions.Wood and Wine started from my love of succulents and their resilient nature! Succulents are the perfect plant for those with a green thumb and for those who are still learning. We also make it a priority to only source and ship the highest quality live plants to ensure you receive a beautiful arrangement.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, absolutely!

When will out of stock items return?

We work to keep all designs in stock across our different platforms; however if something is out of stock because the material is unavailable know we are working to get it back. To date nothing has taken longer than two weeks to get back in stock.

Will my succulents grow year round?

Yes, succulents are year round and easy care plants! Regardless of reign Spring and Summer is when your succulents will bloom and be their most colorful. Our planters are designed for indoor and outdoor enjoyment. In Winter months we do recommend for cooler regions to bring your arrangement indoors, placing it near a window to ensure it gets enough light.

How do I care for my new air plant?

All orders arrive with easy to follow and very detailed care instructions. We also make it a priority to only source and ship the highest quality live plants to ensure you receive a beautiful arrangement.

How do you ship live plants?

Our succulents are carefully packed the morning of shipping, either bare root or as clippings. They are placed in one of our brown boxes with recycled brown paper packing. We’ve been shipping our arrangements across the country, year round for years now and have found this is the best option to ensure your succulents look their best on arrival.

How do I balance my Wine Garden?

After hand cutting and sanding our patten pending Wine Gardens we attach small, translucent dots to the bottom to keep your arrangement sitting still and secure.
